Rish Lakish

Our family olive-press is situated in the village of Zippori in the Lower Galilee (5 km from Nazareth).

Our olives are handpicked from trees that surround the ancient site of Zippori.

The oil is extracted from the fruit using a combination of ancient and modern methods. In this way we produce a high quality of extra virgin, cold press, kosher organic olive oil.

The press is situated in our environmentally friendly farm that combines "green building", organic vegetable garden, purified water system etc;.

What can we offer at our visitor's centre?

"Olive-press Rish LaKish": Organized tours, workshops concerning olive production and green building, tasting of our various varieties of olive oil.

"All from olives": For sale- our varieties of olive oil, home cured olives, cosmetics etc;.

"Coffee shop": Cakes, cookies and coffee. Light meals based on olive oil and vegetables from the garden.

"For children": Olive picking during the season, workshops according to age and preference and helping in the vegetable garden.

Friends walking on the Trail are invited to visit and have the possibility of accommodation.

Open at weekends from 10am to 5pm (October to March) and weekdays with confirmation ahead of time.
