Bethlehem Food Forest

A campus connected to the land - an ecological-agricultural space that is a knowledge and employment center, a roof for welcome initiatives and local culture, a magnet for good meetings between people. The forest is a healer and a comfort for those who labor in it, a fruit and vegetable for those who labor around it and those who seek its peace, a living and happy ecosystem, inspiring and pleasing to the heart.

Cultivating the campus and the forest is a team of 12 men and women, and another 60 instructors and teachers who lead or accompany the study programs. In the six years since the establishment, at least another thousand pairs of loving hands have passed through here and brought the day with us.
