A collaborative space where creativity, education & sustainability converge to envision a better future.

On an area of 1500 square meters, where the municipal fish market used to be, a new cultural space has opened that promises to combine creativity, education and sustainability. In the meantime, you will find Beit Radical, the studio of Miriam Kabsa, the journalist and researcher Ronit Vared, a group of chefs and sommeliers and a studio for digital and robotic production and this is just the beginning.

The project was born from a network of collaborations created by architects Avital Gurari and Nathaniel Alfasi (AN+) between creators, organizations, companies and experts with experience in a variety of different fields

On top of the chairs of the auditorium hall and the benches spread among the garden plants, on the green roof above the staircase, in the workshops and the movement, on the walls of the gallery and the living spaces and architecture, it will create an idea and material ecology that we never knew before: a movement space that offers a wide array of programs - from exhibitions to research projects and educational initiatives and accessible a new way of working. To create and live in harmony with and between the city and its surroundings
